Here are some frequently asked questions we've received.
- 1. Question: "Can you tell me your food menu?"Answer: We actually don't provide food. Our place is designed to be open where customers can bring their own.
- 2. Question: "I would like to bring my own vendors to the event. Can I do that?"Answer: Yes, of course! You are allowed to bring the vendor of your choice. Be sure to let us know who your vendors are beforehand so we can verify!
- 3. Question: "I am planning on having alcohol. Will that be okay?"Answer: Alcohol is allowed on the premises. Just be sure that everyone is 21 or over in order to comply with Utah Law. Read the "Bar/Alcohol" section on the Terms of Service for further details.
- 4. Question: "How long is my event allowed to go on for? What times are availiable?"Answer: The maximum duration of an event is 1 day (there's only 1 event happening each day). You choose the event times on that particular day. Contact us if you want to extend beyond the maximum duration. As for time availibility, you can either login and check the calendar when you book an event or contact us directly and we'll provide that for you!
- 5. Question: "How can I pay for my event? What options do you provide?"Answer: We accept a variety of payment methods, ranging from most online methods (Credit Card, Apple Pay, Link, etc...) as well as cash or a check for in person. Our site is designed for online booking but if you prefer we are also flexible in allowing in person payments as well! Give us a email or call!
- 6. Question: "What's the security deposit fee for? How do I get refunded?"Answer: The security deposit is for cases where the event's policies have been violated, damage to the building, cancellation, etc.... It allows us to make sure the place is healthy and well maintained for the future! Most of our past customers have treated the place well so their security deposit is fully returned.
- 7. Question: "How can I cancel/change my event? I've had a change of plans."Answer: Good question! No worries, life happens. Send an email or call us and we can handle that for you. More details on refunds and cancellations can be found under the "Deposits, Refunds, and Cancellations" section of the Terms of Service.
